born from a passion for beautiful footage
The MaRad story
MaRad Productions was born from a GoPro and a vacation schedule. Mark and Radhika — the Ma and the Rad — started this journey together with zero formal training and one simple obsession: capturing beautiful moments and telling stories through film.
They taught themselves everything. Mark learned Final Cut Pro from scratch. Radhika mastered Lightroom and Photoshop. Together they would come home from trips with hundreds of gigabytes of footage and photos, staying up late piecing it all together, falling deeper in love with the craft with every edit.
What started as a passion project quickly became something more. Friends asked them to shoot weddings. Local business owners asked for social media videos. Companies hired them to travel and create content. Eight years later that passion has grown into a full service video production and marketing agency serving Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and beyond.
Today MaRad Productions handles everything — from cinematic wedding films to high impact commercials, from social media content to full marketing campaigns. One team. One vision. Zero runaround. Founded in 2017, MaRad Productions has worked with dozens of clients across wedding, corporate, and commercial video — bringing cinematic quality to every project.
Mark — Co-Founder & Director. The vision behind every frame. Mark handles direction, filming, and editing, bringing a self-taught mastery of Final Cut Pro to every project.
Radhika — Co-Founder & Creative Director. The eye behind the brand. Radhika leads photography, Lightroom editing, and the visual identity that makes MaRad Productions unmistakable.
what drives us
We didn't start MaRad Productions to chase trends or collect clients. We started it because we genuinely love what we do. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a business grow because of a video we created, or seeing a couple's faces when they watch their wedding film for the first time. That feeling never gets old. Every project we take on gets our full creative energy — not because we have to, but because we can't imagine giving anything less.
